Chromatic Column

Vetro Artistico Venezia
DESCRIPTION
Vittorio Zecchin (1878-1947) is among the most important figures in the revival of classical Venetian glass aesthetics: his jewel-toned figures and mosaic-like colour sensibility transformed Murano from a tourist curiosity into a source of serious design. This tall column vase - its body faceted into geometric panels, each hand-painted in a different vivid colour - works in direct homage to that tradition.
